This is one of the important features in RingCentral. however, requires improvement. Such as, excel file requires '+' sign before any number to be able to upload file successfully. With excel this is difficult to achieve as saved file do not display '+' sign if file reopened again.
Should be more user friendly, allowing to add external numbers easily.
