RingSense Interactions Tab
RingSense does not have the ability to view the interactions for a single user. It would be helpful to include the internal calls to the ALL interactions tab instead of the My Interactions Tab only.

I would like to add that there are users who are part of the call queue, and whoever is the user that was rung and answered the call, their interactions will also show on the other users.
For example:
Call from Call Queue
There are 5 members of the queue
User A
User B
User C
User D
User EUser C answered the call, and on User A's interactions, that call of User C will show in USER A. Customer would like to have the interactions of the user alone. Since USER C answered the call - USER C interactions should not be showing in USER A MY INTERACTIONS.
