  1. Airbnb does not allow usage of RingCentral as a host contact number

    Airbnb, the multi-billion dollar vacation rental website does not allow usage of VOIP phone numbers as a host contact phone number. I may have to cancel my RingCentral service, but this is a HUGE amount of potential lost revenue for RingCentral since any property manager business cannot use your service for their business! There should be a way to redefine the RingCentral number so that Airbnb does not tag it as a VOIP..their concern is that most VOIP numbers are land lines that do not accept text messages

  2. Add Contact to Ringcentral when added to CRM

    Currently, there is not a Zapier integration to add a contact to RingCentral. This would make it so much easier to add and updated contacts in Ring Central automatically.

    Our Ricoh copiers have the Smart Integration software. Companies like eFax, eGoldFax have apps to send faxes directly to their services without a need for a POTs line or ATA device.

  4. RingCentral Video Plugin/app for Word Press

    According to Siteefy.com statistic "42% of all websites on the entire Internet currently use WordPress as their content management system. This number is 36% for top 1 million websites, 20% for top 100K websites, and 14% for top 10K websites respectively." Unsatisfied with zoom's 40min limit, a lot of organizations with Word Press websites would welcome a way to manage their webinars from WordPress similar to this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/video-conferencing-with-zoom-api/

  5. Ability to add additional two Microsoft or Google Accounts to RingCentral App contacts.

    With so many new regulatory requirements, many companies are no longer allowing personal contacts to be stored on corporate systems or email servers. Currently, I can add a Microsoft account and a Google account but not two Microsoft or google accounts. I would like to see the feature to add additional account and have the ability see them separately under All contacts.

  8. Integrate with Google Translate

    We need a translator from time to time, and while Google Translate is not perfect, it would be good enough. You can have Google Translate use audio on the computer speakers, but it doesn't come through in the conversation. Is there a way to make that work?

  11. Allow Integration with Keap/Infusionsoft

    We would love to see a way for our RingCentral call/sms activity to be integrated with Infusionsoft. Specifically, if we can have the call logs be appended to infusionsoft contact notes, that'll be awesome!

  12. Deleting texts via the RC outlook addon

    When using the RC outlook plugin and receiving texts (messages) it is not possible to delete the texts via the RC outlook addon. Although, opening the RC phone app and deleting the texts (messages) works… but only sort of. After deleting the texts (messages) in the RC Phone app and then reopening outlook, The RC outlook addon shows blank texts (messages) by “anonymous” so, although the texts (messages) are deleted from the RC outlook addon it is still taking up space and does not look professional for an app and or an apps outlook addon.So, The idea is somewhat simple…

  15. Integration with Syncro MSP

    I'd like to have an Auto-Attendant ask a caller to enter their ticket number in order to be connected to an agent. The integration would need to pull over ticket number and ticket status from Syncro MSP. The Syncro MSP API does provide that info, along with other customer specific info.

    ...r on our cell phone via cell phone integration. Texts are only viewable on the app.. we miss important texts frequently 9 out of 10 times

  17. Show "TO" information on Dynamics 365 module!

    We have 55 phone numbers under one user account. We wrote a CRM module over Dynamics 365 and the RingCentral of Dynamics saved us a ton of headaches. Each phone number represents a client and we use a shared case management system that differentiates per company via Rules and PowerAutomate flows. But we're stuck because incoming SMS/Call/Fax information does not carry "To which phone number this was sent" information!Basically we need to see:From (212) 365-4023To {RingCentralPhoneNumber}on all these items...     Top Producer is a leading Real Estate CRM that is likely to continue to grow. It would be beneficial for us to have Ring central integrate with our CRM so that we can have records of the calls and texts and information we send through ring central in our database.
