Integration with Syncro MSP
I'd like to have an Auto-Attendant ask a caller to enter their ticket number in order to be connected to an agent. The integration would need to pull over ticket number and ticket status from Syncro MSP. The Syncro MSP API does provide that info, along with other customer specific info.

I would like to have a integration with SyncroMSP to be able to dial out and cross reference customers with the number they are calling from.
