  1. Currently, the feature supported with this integration only includes:

    • /ringcentral meet - Starts a new RingCentral Video Meeting and posts the join link.
    • /ringcentral call - Start a new RingCentral Conference and post the dial-in number.
    • /ringcentral help - Brings up the different /ringcentral slash commands.

    Hopefully, we can include service status notifications from RingCentral to Slack

    Survey Integrations that has real time reports for the number of clients that clicked and answered the link for SMS survey inside of the SMS message. Also for the report to be readily available for download by each users or Admin for RingCentral.

  3. At the moment we have a Ring Central integration with Dynamics 365 conencted to our Sales portal because it was only compatible with Channel Integration Framework 1.0. We need to get this integration changed to a Dynamics CIF 2.0 framework and wanted to see what we can do to get the built in integration to work Dynamics 365. This was set up with the following instructions https://assets.ringcentral.com/us/guide/admin-guide/dynamics_beta_admin.pdf. The step to add channel provider is using Channel Integration Framework 1.0, which is not compatible with Customer Service Workspace / multi session apps. I would like to confirm if the integration…

  5. Currently, when signing in to the RC for Hubspot extension. They can choose up to 4 accounts they can select.

    This is limiting the users from adding any more accounts to use with the integration and is forced to remove a "Hub" even if they would need to have all those accounts connected at the same time.

    This is likely a Hubspot limitation, but a workaround/bypass mechanism would be greatly appreciated for users who have to use multiple accounts in Hubspot for calling/SMS.

  6. Need to resize the RC Softphone in SF so we can see the SMS since the app is so tiny. Also, all SF contacts should sync in RC App since it is integrated.

  7. Have a call integration with Halopsa. It would be great to answer RC calls within Halo and create a ticket or look for existing tickets for that caller.

  14. We've found that our email-to-fax doesn't appear to work when we email out of Salesforce. We are using the same Gmail accounts, is there a setting we need to change so email-to-fax can be used directly out of Salesforce? Option to send fax using RingCentral for Salesforce.

    More specifically:

    1. If there are no active calls, and a call comes in: pop within the current tab.
    2. If there is already an active call going on, and another call comes in: pop to a new tab.

  18. When a call is received it display the name of the caller and changes right away to the number.

    Expectation if there is already a contact who has that phone number associated with it should display the name of the contact and not the phone number

  19. Despite the record/pause option appearing on the call window of Google Chrome. It appears that ACR is not fully supported. Hence, a lot of the call recording features such as being able to pause the recording is not available.

    It would be great if this feature is fully implemented on the Chrome plugin since a lot of customers prefer to use the plugin as their daily driver for calls as opposed to the desktop/mobile app.

  20. Smarsh captures sms/text messages. It does not capture internal messages. THis makes no sense. It would be wise to allow SMARSH to capture all.
