Not Currently in the RingCentral data payload:
Number Called (Americas or Solidarity)
Brand - this can be extrapolated from the number called
Queue (for categorization)- Member Provider, Surgery, Maternity, Cancer. (This can likely be extrapolated from the extension dialed)
