  1. Using the Archiver feature, specific to Smarsh it would be very helpful if you can customize the data or make certain data fields more descriptive when sending the data to Smarsh. Currently the data is sent as is and once the data flows into Smarsh many of the data fields are blank are use general terms. For example, allowing for the users first name and last name to flow through would be extremely helpful.

  2. when the caller is put on hold the custom hold music will play and after you unhold and hold the caller again, the hold music should continue where it was left it should not start from the beginning.

  3. Users provisioned with the EntraID integration are not showing as active on the RingCentral platform, how do we remedy that problem?

    Users automatically provisioned are being created with default RingCentral extension numbers, does the EntraID SCIM integration have the ability to update that extension number after the user is created?
    We will have numerous spare DID's on our account when this process is fully complete, can the Entra integration correct the DID selection?

  5. For Rc for google 2.0 version they do not want to ring both RC for google and RC desktop app. On the old version it is not happening so they are hoping that it is the same on the new version.

  12. The customer attempts to share one of the interactions by making it public and copying the link. Although a "Success" message appears, indicating that the link was copied to the clipboard, the user is unable to paste it into an email. They try using the Command+V shortcut and searching for the file in their computer's directory, but neither method works, suggesting the link was not actually copied or is not accessible.

  13. I would like to request a feature enhancement in RingCX: the ability to play call recordings directly within the app, similar to how RingCentral allowed in‑app audio playback for auditing purposes.

    Currently, we need to download recordings to review them, which slows down QA workflows. An integrated audio player would streamline call auditing, improve efficiency for Quality Analysts, and enhance the overall usability of the platform.
    • Direct in‑app playback of call recordings
    • Playback controls (pause, skip, speed adjustment)

    This feature is essential for teams performing regular call quality checks. Please consider adding it to the product roadmap.

  18. I have very few employees and HUD is completely irrelevant to my business. Every time I open the app, it opens to HUD and I need to click over to favorites. It is a real pain to do this EVERY TIME and I should be able to opt out of it somehow. The rep advised that I cannot either make it default to my favorites, or remove the extension. Please make either one, or both of these options available. Thanks.

One enhancement that would be very helpful is adding an option, when building the evaluation form, to have the total score automatically pre filled when the form is published, allowing evaluators to deduct points as needed, instead of manually entering scores for each KPI. This would save significant time, reduce manual effort & improve efficiency. Since one of our main goals in moving evaluations to RingCentral is to minimize manual processes, this feature would add great value.
