Office 365 presence sync to RingCentral
Customer wants to have the option to sync their Presence from the office 365 to their RingCentral app for example when they are out of the office or in a scheduled vacation the RingCentral app will detect this status on their office 365 and will automatically put them on DND.

Uninstall from all user profiles
Current methods allow for IT to uninstall the RingCentral EXE app from one user/profile (ie the logged in user) but there should be a method to allow IT to uninstall/remove the EXE from all users/profiles that could exist on a machine.
The new MSI deployment tool allows IT to centrally deploy the EXE so it would be preferred to enhance this same tool vs a separate tool for uninstalls.

Automatically Disable RC Embedded App Notifications During an Ongoing MS Teams Meeting
When an MS Teams meeting is ongoing, the RingCentral Embedded App should either turn itself to DND automatically or disable the call notification popup to avoid interrupting the ongoing meeting.

Real "Hot Desking" - Enable temporary use of any phone hardware by any extension
RC has a frustrating limitation:
When configuring phone hardware, Phone must be set up as EITHER a "User Phone" or a "Common Area Phone".
-The only way "hot desking" login is possible is to configure device as a "Common Area Phone".
-"Hot desking" login by other users is impossible on any "User Phone" devices.
-Fun fact: Every night any users signed into a "Common Area" type phone are forcibly logged out, necessitating the login process EVERY MORNING for the phone to work.Consider this case:

Customer scanning prescriptions direct via RingCentral MVP App for fax attachment. He is looking for the option on scanning that can choose greyscale; black&white; etc. A feature he found from RingCentral Phone for the desktop app.

RingCentral MVP Desktop App Outbound Click to Dial via Run Command Setup
Customer is looking for this feature which, he is claiming that it was existing before.
Issue : RingCentral Outbound Click to Dial via URL is Broken
Steps to replicate :
1. He opens command prompt or the RUN black box.
2. He submitted URL link that will dial out, together with the extension number users would like to reach.
3. Example : tel://8005958110,,2,,60128#,1
4. It should dial via the RingCentral MVP App and it should connected to the correct extension.1 vote -
time based workflow builder
Triggers for workflows are around sms and calls, would be nice if I could trigger based on date and time as well. Like at 4pm say "Please check your time cards before leaving for the day team". I could do something like this via tasks and calendar but like the idea of being able to use it here also

Sync deskphone corporate directory with that of the Admin Portal's external shared contacts directory
Due to area code, phones don't match numbers calling with numbers in the Corporate Directory. We have a corporate directory set up, but any entries there don't match the numbers that call us, and the names from the directory aren't displayed. I've done some testing with the local directory; I'm very sure this is because it sees the number with an area code as different from the same number without it (For example, it would see 01234 567890 and +441234 567890 as two different numbers and not match them) But attempting to edit the corporate directory with 0's instead of…
