  1. Due to area code, phones don't match numbers calling with numbers in the Corporate Directory. We have a corporate directory set up, but any entries there don't match the numbers that call us, and the names from the directory aren't displayed. I've done some testing with the local directory; I'm very sure this is because it sees the number with an area code as different from the same number without it (For example, it would see 01234 567890 and +441234 567890 as two different numbers and not match them) But attempting to edit the corporate directory with 0's instead of…

  3. Current methods allow for IT to uninstall the RingCentral EXE app from one user/profile (ie the logged in user) but there should be a method to allow IT to uninstall/remove the EXE from all users/profiles that could exist on a machine.

    The new MSI deployment tool allows IT to centrally deploy the EXE so it would be preferred to enhance this same tool vs a separate tool for uninstalls.

  5. Customer scanning prescriptions direct via RingCentral MVP App for fax attachment. He is looking for the option on scanning that can choose greyscale; black&white; etc. A feature he found from RingCentral Phone for the desktop app.

  7. Customer is looking for this feature which, he is claiming that it was existing before.

    Issue : RingCentral Outbound Click to Dial via URL is Broken

    Steps to replicate :
    1. He opens command prompt or the RUN black box.
    2. He submitted URL link that will dial out, together with the extension number users would like to reach.
    3. Example : tel://8005958110,,2,,60128#,1
    4. It should dial via the RingCentral MVP App and it should connected to the correct extension.

  20. Feature Request : Warm Transfer call for Yealink T48U

    Details : By Default issue warm transfer is not set on the phones directly and they would have to configure them manually on the phones web GUI to allow attended transfer to be applied and had to apply it on each phone on the cx account that is a Yealink T46U, T48U and T57W

    Current behavior : blind transfer is set for the yealink transfer key
