AI Transcripts for Mobile Calls
Currently, calls made or answered through the RingCentral mobile app can be logged in Salesforce, but the AI-generated call transcripts and notes are not synced to Salesforce.
Requesting support for AI transcripts and notes from mobile app calls to be automatically synced and associated with the appropriate Salesforce record, similar to calls handled through the RingCentral desktop app.
