Ability to Monitor Live Calls via Desktop App while the Active Call is on Deskphone
Customer has a new trainee and would like to grant them permission to listen to live calls handled through a desk phone for training purposes.
The trainee should have listen-only access, with no options to Whisper, Barge, or Take Over the call.
