Add wrap up time for RingCX auto-dialer calls (Campaign)
Customer is requesting to add wrap up time for RingCX auto-dialer calls (Campaign).
Currently, there is no setting within the campaign to set the wrap up time and this causes agents that are on blended skills to receive an inbound call after they finished their dialer calls.

ringcx reporting
The customer needed simple information about the number of calls that come in over a specified period of time (Including After-hours), and the outcomes of those calls, including those that were accepted, those that were deflected or abandoned and those that went to voicemail.
• When a call goes to voicemail, it doesn't show up on the analytics report.
• When the call center is closed (after hours or on the weekend) calls still come in and people leave voicemails. I still cannot get a comprehensive report to give me a broad picture of what's going on during hours and…

RingCX live redaction
RingCX Automated Live Redaction made possible by including Audio as a setting in the RingCX >AI Tools> Personal Information Rule that currently redacts digital interactions for Personal Identifiable Information, PCI etc.
Enabling our media services with AI real-time redaction rules would enhance our standing within the Contact Center community of users. RCX live redaction combined with RS4RCX would offer peace of mind to support removal of specified information in real-time with in our ecosystem.
This will reduce the need to support third party products or extensive PS engagements, making RingCentral a clear choice for CX.

Blind Transfer Option in the Route Node
Ability to make the route node in IVR Studio to be a simple blind transfer. There are situations when transferring to an external IVR where the receiving carrier doesn't signal the platform that the call has been picked up, resulting in the call being pulled back. The workaround is to build queues that are used purely to forward calls, which is time consuming, clumsy, and restrictive if the forwarding number needs to be dynamic.

Improvements to Ignored Message Functionality
The requested change would be to change the terms "Ignore/Ignored" to "Archive/Archived" (for the folder name, the message action button and the query used to populate the folder). Additionally, once a message thread has been marked as "Ignored," you can still see the button to "ignore" the message - it should be changed to "Unarchive" to allow a message to move to a different status or remove the button completely if a message cannot be removed from the archive/ignore state.

Ability to set holidays without JavaScript
There is no way to set holidays in a schedule without adding JavaScript code to an IVR to check if the queue is closed. This code needs to be manually added to each IVR and if there's a change in holiday date (like Thanksgiving), someone has to manually edit code on each and every IVR for each calendar year. This will lead to errors and extra overhead in managing the system.

Allow More Dialing Options for Outbound
The RingCX approach to outbound dialing is unique to the industry. There is a lot of value in this style of dialing (dial groups with campaigns, with only one dial group dialing at a time for an agent), but there are multiple markets with the style of dialing (example being insurance) that would allow agents to be a part of multiple campaigns across dial groups, support skills based routing (like on ACD), and take into account agent rank would also be helpful.
