RingCX - Survey report
The ability to get a report on surveys both for voice and digitial.
Ability to see how many surveys were sent, how many answered, results of the replies, overall score etc.

This is very important that we are able to see the overall survey score not just the score for each individual question as this is what measures into our metrics.

Adding a slicker solution for calls on here would also be really appreciated.
An effort to maximise quality survey responses by how it is positioned at the end of the call automatically with improved reporting.
