Build a Smarsh integration for RingCX
Customers using Smarsh for compliance archiving would like to have all RingCX related content archived in Smarsh as well

At this time, we do not have plans to build a native integration with Smarsh. However, you can leverage RingCX’s APIs to access and export interaction data—including call recordings, reports, and related artifacts—to build a custom archiving solution that meets your compliance requirements.
