Engage Digital - Removing "Pending Interactions" on Agents

This feature is standard to show pending interactions on the channel group. It is not in any way harmful to the agent to prompt the customer to use folder mode instead, it's just a counter.

Engage Digital doesn't allow hiding the pending interactions in Routing mode. This should be raised as a feature request with details on the use case the customer is hoping to solve
As a workaround, they should consider using Inbox mode
