Description:
*Request additional administrative controls and visibility for email suppression management, including:
- Visibility into suppression reasons
- Notifications when recipients are suppressed
- Self-service suppression list management
- Configurable suppression policies or exceptions
Business Impact:
Administrators currently have limited visibility and control over suppressed recipients, which can result in missed communications and increased support effort. Enhanced suppression management would improve operational efficiency and communication reliability.
