RingCX Manual outbound calls have automated greeting informing the customer that the call is recorded
Currently when an agent performs a manual outbound calls it would be better to have a greeting that will be played to the customer side so the customer is aware that calls are actually recorded.

I don't understand how this is already a feature of RingEX, yet they haven't made it available in the actual "Customer Experience" part of RingCentral (RingCX)? There are many types of companies that need the ability to announce a call is being recorded for legal compliance.

Hello RingCentral Product Team,
I have a large enterprise client (ICW Group Holdings, Inc.) that needs this feature as part of their business requirements. We already consulted our TASC and Technical Account Engineering Teams, including RingCX Tier 3, but they all advised that this is currently a product limitation.
From both the customers' and RingCentral support's perspective, we profoundly feel the need for this feature to be available within the RingCX platform.
