We would like to see the behavior within the RC app when you go to "Phone" > "Call" and then have toggles for "My Calls" and "Agent Calls" be applied to Voicemails for personal and RingCX queues also. So, when you go to "Phone" > "Voicemail", you would have toggles for "My Voicemails" and "Agent/Queue Voicemails".

I don't understand how this is already a feature of RingEX, yet they haven't made it available in the actual "Customer Experience" part of RingCentral (RingCX)? There are many types of companies that need the ability to announce a call is being recorded for legal compliance.

I am blown away that this is still not a feature in RingCX reporting. Our previous platform, GoTo, had this feature. Not having it in Ringcentral is a huge downgrade.

We had an associate request this. She needs to be able to listen to voicemails on her hardphone/deskphone because listening to a voicemail out loud on her computer speakers would be a HIPPA violation in some instances.

Yes! It makes zero sense that "Play announcement" should have an effect on receiving faxes in the RC app.

There are scenarios where an account may be accidentally deleted. The resulting permanent loss of all voicemails associated with that account’s voicemail box ID—particularly when the employee still exists within the organization—is a situation that may warrant reconsideration by RingCentral. That's great and all that we get the warning that items will be deleted and can't be recovered, but when this is done accidentally, that warning doesn't help much.
