This is a feature enhancement that's being requested by a large RingCX Enterprise customer (ICW Group Holdings, Inc.) I'm am hoping Product Team will consider this as a priority.

Hello RingCentral Product Team,
I have a large enterprise client (ICW Group Holdings, Inc.) that needs this feature as part of their business requirements. We already consulted our TASC and Technical Account Engineering Teams, including RingCX Tier 3, but they all advised that this is currently a product limitation.
From both the customers' and RingCentral support's perspective, we profoundly feel the need for this feature to be available within the RingCX platform.
