Allow for Call Transcripts to be backed up via RC Archiver
We would like to add the option to store or backup Live Call Transcripts (similar to call recordings) via the RingCentral Archiver.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the RC Archiver. We want to let you know that we are no longer actively developing enhancements for this tool.
We have partnered with Theta Lake, which offers a comprehensive call transcript archiving solution integrated with RingCentral. This may be of interest to you for your specific needs
