Chat Popout Option
Allow Client/User to pop chat out of current window and create new window for just chat (incase they need to navigate away from the window).

That can eliminate some of the issues reported by SST team, one such example is Client exiting the chat and not being able to see the messages sent by agent later on to work or guide them through the files.
