Disable IGNORE CALL button in RingCX

Create a way to disable IGNORE CALL button in RingCX, or reporting that can be generated for the usage of the Ignore Call button.

Further context, this is requesting a RingCX feature enhancement that would allow administrators to either disable the Ignore Call button or generate reporting on its usage. From a contact center management perspective, this would provide better visibility into agent behavior, not just whether calls were ultimately answered. There may be valid reasons for an agent to ignore a call, and there may also be operational reasons an employer would not want that action available or would want to monitor how often it is used. Having the ability to control or report on this behavior would help managers better understand whether agents are intentionally avoiding calls versus simply missing them.
