   Custom emoji reactions to posts is imperative to stay relevant with competitor messaging apps. With many workplaces utilizing inter-team communication (even if hybrid or RTO'd), the ability to (respectfullly) customize improves morale and engagement in messaging channels.

   There are many variations of this simple request here in the Ideas portal, if you combine them all, you would see there are MANY votes in aggregate!
