Admin Roles and Permissions Access Control
Add a dedicated permission within the Admin Role section that allows organizations to grant or restrict access to Roles and Permissions for individual administrators.
Currently, administrators cannot be given broader account-management capabilities, such as account visibility and managing users or queues, without also receiving access to roles, permissions, and access-control settings.
The requested enhancement would allow some administrators to manage operational areas of the account while preventing them from assigning roles, modifying role permissions, or granting and removing permissions for other users.
This would support a clearer separation between account management and access governance, while reducing the risk of unauthorized or unnecessary permission changes.

I think what you are asking is already possible, but the construct of the roles is so bad that it is hard to understand. We had to build several roles and assign supervisors as administrators so they could manage their teams more effectively. This is a bad design. We had to restrict them to only their teams and only give them ability to modify queues and agents. Yet, they can still get into the admin portal and see things they shouldn't see. The entire Administrator Role system needs an overhaul.

Yes, we need some supervisors to have access to reporting functions only, but not to other administrative areas. We need roles that can be assigned to other users. The user access needs to be more granular.
