Caliber is requesting the ability for RingCentral to provide an Integrated softphone function versus the NiceInContact Integrated softphone. While they tested the NICEInContact the would prefer a tighter integration that would allow they to also handle their TCPA calls right from the console versus maximizing a separate phone application the does not leverage WebRTC because of Security concerns.
