    Since the standard queue functionality does not allow ringing when a extension is engaged , the user extension ringing all together is a work around but the limit is only 10 members. This type of limitation in functionality will not work for some customers.

  2. Need to import a directory of external numbers to Admin portal so they can pushed out to all phones.
