Correct status is planned to be implemented by end of June. Complete parity is still being worked towards. Thanks everyone.Michael shared this idea ·
I just wanted to express our thanks and gratitude to the developers of the original RingCentral Phone desktop app — it's perfect!!!We love that it doesn't have Glip cluttering up the interface and we especially love the way the HUD actually works:It shows more complete caller info than the RingCentral app's HUD.It shows call duration, missing from the RingCentral app's HUDit allows us to see everyone in our company, missing from the RingCentral app's HUD, even on my 32" Apple Pro Display XDR monitor. It is laid out incredibly well, taking up the least possible screen real estate without feeling overly crowded.
