The old RC Phone Desktop app allowed you to select a custom fax cover sheet that was designed in Microsoft Word. Doing so, you could include your own company logo and customize the cover sheet to brand it as your own.The new RingCentral Desktop has removed the ability to do that which means fax cover sheets can no longer be branded and are generic. This is not a professional look when you are a company.I called tech support and their answer was "download, install, and use the RC Phone Desktop app because it still has the ability to use custom cover sheets. Since RingCentral has told us repeatedly to switch to the new app because the old apps were being shelved, this seems like an unacceptable answer. RingCentral should immediately update the new app to include this feature so that running two different apps at the same time is not needed!Running both apps to get the functionality of both means that every time a call comes in, I now get TWO application popups for the incoming call. This is not annoying and not acceptable.
