An error occurred while saving the comment Iam Kristoff commentedWant to have a feature where the managers on the account (with standard role) to have access for the call recording of specific users not the all the company call logs/recordings. Current role is to provide access to the call recording for the whole account not only the specific users. With this feature it will only limit what the managers can listen for the call recording aside from the call queue recordings.
I wanna be able to log in to multiple computers using 1 user extension that will do the exact same feature on both the computer with Ring Central application
