An error occurred while saving the comment Iam Kristoff commentedI wanted to have my users that is included on the Park Call Group to have a notification like ring or beep on the deskphone when there is a parked callMy users have a dual monitor setup and its not easy to check on the desk phone if there is a call on parkIt will be useful if there will be a beeping or ring sound when somebody will park a call for them to be reminded to pick it up

An error occurred while saving the comment Iam Kristoff commentedWant to have a feature where the managers on the account (with standard role) to have access for the call recording of specific users not the all the company call logs/recordings. Current role is to provide access to the call recording for the whole account not only the specific users. With this feature it will only limit what the managers can listen for the call recording aside from the call queue recordings.
Wanted to be able to place the participants on hold inside the conference call
