    Need to understand why customers don't have access to repoint a CCRN to an Office extension, back and forth, as well as understand why we rely on NiC and make the request clear that customers are asking for this outside of Heartland. Billion Motors wants this. Pella asked about it on a discovery call just this week. There's got to be a big demand especially in up market.
