When constructing a call queue template, under
"Call Handling & Members", the
"custom rules" tab is not available for edit (it is available for a queue but not for a queue template). Add the ability for custom rules to be applied to the queue template feature.
The blocked call voicemail for either specified blocked numbers or withheld numbers (under Greeting & hold music for a call queue) cannot be customised. Allow user to upload their own custom voicemail announcement like in others arrears of the system.
