   Harris Computer is requesting the option to configure the automatic recording announcement feature at the site level.Enabling Automatic Call Recordings can only be done through the main site.Due to global locations, enabling the ACR through a specific site would be ideal, safe and time saving.The cx suggested if we can automate the ACR on all agents on a specific site without touching the rest unnecessarily.
