   We now offer an indicator on the desk phone that an incoming call is a forwarded call that was intended for another user. We would also like a different ring tone

   This is available today. In the desktop app you can separate the shared screen and the video gallery across two monitors using the pop-out control in the top toolbar. See [Using the new RingCentral Video meetings experience].
