    NC Dept of Public Safety. First Responders Crisis Line. They use voicemail co-recipients to cover their 24/7 Crisis First Responder hotline. They rotate on call personnel to cover managing after hours voicemails as responders who are in public shootings or who need mental health services will call and leave a VM. Need to increase to more that 15.
