    THIS IS DUE TO RINGCENTRAL APP UPDATE ON FRIDAY 19 JULY 2024, FULLY RESTRICTING BY A SIGNIFCANT DEGREE THE CHARACTER LIMITS PREVIOUSLY HAD IN A INDIVIDUAL CONTACT'S PROFILE NOTES SECTION. MUCH SHORTER THEN WHEN WE BEGAN SERVICE W/ YOUR COMPANY. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS CHANGE.

    We were told when we signed up all messages were able to be exported, specifically asked about this because we have otherwise backed-up our messages for 11+ years (many hundreds of thousands), today they told me they can only export internal chat... This is a major oversight on our part, and definitely RingCentral to not allow back-up of what is only simple text communications. Not to mention you cannot even change length of time SMS messages are held on server. This is a basic manipulation of very -small- amounts of data, that even Blackberry devices could do back in 2010. RingCentral, I hope you're ashamed!
