The Position in Queue, Estimated Wait Time, and Callback features are now available — helping reduce missed calls and improving customer experience by allowing callers to press 1 for a callback while keeping their place in line. 🙌

Being able to fill out a form (like csv) and import to an account where direct configuration actions are achieved will lower implementation costs, help with PoCs, and help our larger customers as they continue to add employees to the platform. Conversely, being able to export account configurations would help PS create templated accounts, transition PoC customers to production accounts, etc.
