More of an inconvenience, but it would be great to not need to have to press 1 on every call, as the agents have already answered the call. Anything that can help smooth the process for the agents on the phone is a boon in my book.
This recording does not sound good, and my agents already provide this disclosure. It sounds really unprofessional.
