    We have a small office, but going in to individually adjust each user's presence every time there is a change is time consuming and unnecessary. Something as small as a staff changing means that a majority of extensions on each user has to be adjusted to maintain consistency and for ease of access. A key template would shorten this time significantly.

    IE, sending updates to clients/customers. If a text is sent back to an individual extension, that message isn't followed up on while the person is out of office. If it could be directed to a queue then whoever was signed into the queue could follow up on it right away.
