Before the last update emails from the Mentions feature used to include the body/content of what was being mentioned. This was helpful in not wasting time if it was unrelated. With the new update you only get an email saying you were mentioned and now you don't know if it was a Team mention or a direct mention and then there is no body/content so you have to open the RC App, look at your mentions list and then try to match the time frames up. If there was an anchor point or something in the email where could you click and it opens the RC App and then immediately takes you the post that has the mention that would make it easier to manage the messages. Especially if you are in numerous groups getting a lot of mentions and team mentions.
