Multiple RingCentral Profiles, Simultaneously Logged In
We run multiple business endeavors between my wife and I and we would find it helpful if we could log into multiple "phones" at the same time, similar to how multiple e-mail addresses can be accessed from a single email client. This would allow us to be able to "switch phones" right in the app, so that when I'm done with a call for my business, I can return a call from my wife's business without having to log out and log back in again.

Not sure if this helps anyone else here, but if you’re handling multiple RingCentral accounts, there is a way to make it less painful.
I started using CallCentral’s web app, it lets you stay connected to multiple RC profiles and swap between them without logging out. Same features, just centralized control.

RingCentral still doesn’t make it easy to stay logged into multiple profiles at the same time, so you end up constantly signing in and out just to switch between different business lines. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re running more than one operation or sharing responsibilities like you described.
What ended up working for me was using the CallCentral web app. It basically sits on top of your existing RingCentral accounts and lets you switch between multiple profiles from one browser dashboard without logging out. You keep all the same RC call/SMS functions, but you don’t have to juggle accounts anymore. Please tell me I’m not alone here.
My husband and I manage multiple RingCentral accounts for different clients/teams, and the workflow is honestly exhausting, constant logging in and out, multiple browsers open, and way too many “wait, which account am I in?” moments.
It feels way more manual than it should be in 2026.
Are people really switching accounts like this all day, or is there a better workflow/tool I’m missing?

We currently have three separate companies, each with its own RingCentral account, and we are planning to add a few more. We need the ability to have all phone numbers ring within a single app, while also being able to identify which company’s line is receiving the call.
We submitted this request a few months ago on March 27th but have not received a response. Could you please assist us in enabling this feature or provide guidance on how we can achieve this setup?

We would like to have the ability to sign in to 2 different RingCentral accounts on the RC app and receive incoming calls from both accounts using only 1 RingCentral application.

To log in to two or more accounts in the RingCentral app and receive calls from all accounts at the same time, without needing to switch between accounts to take calls from each one individually.

I work with someone who already has Ring and needed to be added as a user on my account. It would be good to allow him to access both his phone numbers using the app on his phone instead of having to log out and change accounts so he can get calls in and out on both assigned ring central numbers

Customer wants his 2 different RingCentral business account to be signed in at the same time to one RingCentral app so he can answer calls from both account into 1 app only.

This is an awesome feature and really handy, could you add it to the RingCentral Salesforce widget to have that same capability of switching accounts in the Salesforce widget?

What is your expectation for how the feature will work ?The ability to entirely switch profiles between companies or users. e.g. The interface is as it is now but if you select your profile icon, you can switch companies or users to view, manage, dial out, text etc. However, at all times, you will be signed in and active/present on all logged-in companies or user profiles on the app with the ability to receive calls, texts, etc. Once a call comes in on a different company, the app switches to that company to manage that call.

I own two separate companies and would like to login to both companies concurrently. Could be accomplished through a deopdown option that allows switching between organizations while remaining logged into both and receiving notifications from both.

I would like to be able to be on my app on my iPhone and be able to make and receive calls from 2 different Accounts so I don't have to log out and in to use the other account. Especially if I am going to take incoming calls on both accounts. if I am logged into one then the other one will never ring on my iPhone.

customer wanted to have the ability to login to the mobile app using different numbers without conflict. Ability to receive calls from 2 different numbers without loggign out and logging back in to the same app.

Two thoughts here: perhaps if you had one ring central account and created call queues to manage the different lines for incoming calls. Each queue would have its own voicemail and even IVR if you wanted. Additionally as a super admin on the account, you can switch caller IDs within the application. billing could be broken out into outbound calls by caller ID. Then no need for multiple RC accounts.

...e extension/account to another and no need to log out and log in the other extension/account specially for us that has multiple side gigs and employer are all using RingCentral service.. Have the feature to be able to log in multiple extensions/accounts on the RingCentral desktop/mobile app so we can easily toggle from one extension/account to another and no need to log out and log in the other extension/account specially for us that has multiple side gigs and employer are all using RingCentral service.

Wanted to have this capability to be able to log in to one mobile app for two account so there is no need to keep on re-logging in from one account to another.
