I wear hearing aids, and the best way for me to clearly hear a phone call is with a headset attached to my Polycom desk phone. If I try to communicate with speakers and microphone on my monitor, the call often makes me sound like I am in a sound chamber AND I may not be able to clearly hear the person I have called.
