    Hi Jennifer. I talked to our partner about this request, and it is not on the roadmap. They asked if there was someting preventing you and the people entering the information from entering the comments directly into the tool. Is there?

    We are looking at different ways for the agents to interact with the RingCentral Contact Center application. I'll add this suggestion to the list of things we are investigating. We are in the early stages of investigation so this is not on the short term roadmap or the long term road map at this time. Thanks for the suggestion! - Kurt
