    This should be moved up the list. As of now, you have to have a user phone (more expensive license) to page. Here is the problem with that: User phone requires an account but there is not users for phone mounted in hallways for emergencies so I would have to create generic unique user account which is another added cost for a unique email account. Makes zero since.

    A limited extension should be the right choice for those phone in areas like hallways for emergencies (even more so in a medical office like ours) but the most basic of features have been removed making limited extension useless. Almost sounds like money grab which is not right. If basic tasks like this are not available, it may be time for a new VOIP provider at the end of our term.
