    I think the resolution to this is in the settings that allow one to turn off call/screen-pop for incoming and outgoing (or both) calls.

    The screen with the orange bar is called the "contact pop". Many of our customers have requested this feature across a number of our CRM integrations. Are you saying you do not want the contact in Pipedrive to pop-up from a known contact when that contact calls you?
