Store Microsoft Exchange connection data
When (re-)connecting the RC application to a Microsoft Exchange account, the user has to provide the following data in order to complete that task successfully:
- their email address or domain\username
- their password
- their Exchange server version
- their exchange EWS url
Out of these four (or five, if you count emails and domain\user separately), many users will have two readily available: email and password; some maybe even only know their password.
This is because:
- their username (which could be their email address) is stored on their computer's login screen, and they are only asked for their password on login

SMS Icon Location Optimization
I have noticed that it has become a little cumbersome to select a contact, click the 3 dots, then select the text icon. I would like to do this within 1 click (Hover, then click on Text).
Currently, hovering over a contact you get your options, however I believe there is no way to customize which icons you want to see.
For example, I'm not interested in seeing the "Message" icon and would rather swap it out for the "Text" icon.

Make Reminders More Noticeable
The feature of making a reminder for a chat message is great. It's better than how I used to do it before by marking a chat as unread. However, I do not pay much attention to the Reminders tab icon with the orange dot. It is not that noticeable. I would like Reminders to remind me in a more active way like the notification to join an RCV meeting that is about to start. And I also wish for it to have an option to either dismiss or snooze the notification just like the Outlook calendar event notification. I hope…

RCV via browser ads option.
When a non-subscriber joins a meeting via a browser, they are automatically redirected to the RingCentral website at the end of the meeting. It would be beneficial to have the option to configure the redirect so that non-subscribers are directed to our own business website instead of RingCentral's.

On Call Calendar for automatic rotation
Calendar function for automatic On Call Rotation. After hours calls are forwarded to a different user every week to ensure that calls are not missed and emergencies are dealt with in a timely manner. It would be nice to be able to set a calendar to automatically roll the on call phone to the next person in line, rather than having to do it manually.

Apply Template Scheduler
Whenever we apply a template to a group of phones, it restarts them. This is very disruptive, so it usually must be done after hours. Having the option to schedule when a template would apply would be very useful.

Full Calendar in unified app to include scheduled video meetings
We have executive assistants who schedule video meetings for our executives and they can not see future meetings past the limited time line in the unified app. A full calendar that you could search, Day, Week, Month would be extremely helpful. Or add the ability to your meetings and the meetings you set up for others in the workspace calendar.

Calendar Presence Is On | O365 Outlook Calendar
The interface correctly updates my RingCentral availability to In a Meeting, however it does not set my phone to DND. It seems like it should make my Status "In A Meeting" and set my availability to DND. This should be the same logic for normal meetings scheduled in Outlook or meetings on the Outlook calendar pushed from RC Video Meetings.

Synchronize Workspace Calender with 0ffice 365 or google calender.
It will allow users to have an overview of the synchronized calender in one go and using only one application.
