    Yes every update is another hurtle for us to figure out how to adjust to changes and removed features.

    Our users are with customers and trying to write up they concern and the popups get in the way. We used to be able to turn these off in phone app. But now we only use ringcentral desktop. And now it's not there. Omg. Please consider other customers besides large call centers for these changes.
