17 votesPresenters can now share and record at higher fidelity — up to QHD/2K at 30 fps — which resolves the blurriness some customers saw on high-resolution displays. A customer-facing article covering the fidelity settings will follow.

126 votesA meeting host can rename guests and PSTN dial-in participants, both in the waiting room and during the meeting, across the RingCentral app on desktop and mobile and on the browser. One thing to note: signed-in participants can't be renamed, since their display name comes from the company directory. See Editing participant names in a meeting.

We use this with a lot of project planning meetings where reading text is critical. In the current state we can't read text from the screen and we lose a ton of value of this product.
