    Answering service cannot press 1 to accept call. When call is forwarded to a cell phone or answering service, a message states "Company Name", Press 1 to accept call, Press 2 to decline call. This renders the answering service useless as they can not press 1 or 2

  4. Avoid pressing 1 when a que call is forwarded to a mobile number
