    We just got a legal request for calls from a year ago and was not able to fulfill the request.
    Being able to go further back or being able to download, archive and access locally, would be great.
    This way the data storage costs is shared by RingCentral and the client.

    We are looking to implement this feature and it is hard to believe it has not been implemented with it being requested since 2020 (or before).
