    This is needed for a clean room for drug compounding with a phone set to auto answer, but we do not want external calls to the DID number to be able to call to this private area only employees of the company!

    Alerts should only be sent during queue open hours or we should be able to set a scheduled workday or dates and times when we want to receive the notices
