    KPIS should be universally available in all of your reports. It is a disservice to your customers to offer option of average call time on select reports but not all. This omission ends up creating more work for your customers who are looking to be more effective and not busier running reports.

    If a user defines certain criteria that they want to view, this should be the information that is exported. we are all very busy and having to eliminate columns that we don't want to see once downloaded is not a good use of our time and also not a good UI.
