    Any progress on this? This is is vitally important as the current configuration causes much confusion and totally destroys the idea of branding.

    The idea that a fax can only be received by one person is ludicrous. This requires a person to monitor and distribute faxes - and if that person is out sick or on vacation it has to be reset in administration portal to assign to another user. Yes fax to email is available but the system should be able to make faxes available in the app or web portal.
